LabRelations (“we,” “our,” “us”) provides a Software System and related websites and services (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal data when you use our Service.

Account Data: Name, email address, password, company name, and contact details you provide when creating an account.
Payment Information: Billing details, payment method, and transaction history processed by third-party payment providers; we do not store full credit card numbers.
Usage Data: Information about how you use the Service, including features accessed, time spent, device information, IP address, operating system, and browser type.

Support Data: Information you share with our support team, including attachments and communication records.

Service Providers/Processors: We share data with vetted third parties who help us operate the Service, such as hosting/cloud providers, payment processors, crm, analytics tools, communications and support platforms. They process data under written agreements and only on our instructions.
Legal and Safety: We may disclose data where required by law or to protect rights, safety, and property.
Business Transfers: If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, data may be transferred as part of that transaction.
We do not sell personal data.

Account Data: Stored while your account is active; deleted within 12 months after closure unless retention is required by law.
Payment Records: Retained for 5 years for accounting and legal compliance.
Usage and Analytics Data: Retained for 2 years and then deleted or anonymized.
We will also retain and use information as necessary to resolve disputes and enforce agreements.
Depending on your location, you have rights to access, correct, update, or delete your personal data; to object to or restrict processing; and to request data portability.
You may opt out of marketing at any time by using the unsubscribe link in emails or contacting us.
Under the CCPA, California residents may request details about categories of personal information collected, sources, purposes, categories of third parties with whom information is shared, and may request access, deletion, and to limit use of sensitive personal information where applicable.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
We use necessary, functional, and analytics/advertising cookies. Where required by law, we obtain your consent before setting non-essential cookies. You can manage cookies through your browser settings and, where available, our cookie banner or preferences center.
We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal data, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, role-based permissions, audit logging, and regular security testing.
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us to request deletion.
The Service may include links to or integrations with third-party services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. We encourage you to review those policies before providing personal data.
We provide the Service to users globally. By using the Service, you acknowledge that your data may be processed in jurisdictions with data protection laws that may differ from those in your country. We apply safeguards described in this Policy to such transfers.
